1) Simple Assault, 12:51 p.m. February 14, 2010, South West End Avenue at Prangley Avenue (LT) – A Lancaster male and female reported that they were assaulted by three people following a road rage incident. The pair were driving on Prangley Avenue when they exchanged words with the occupants of another vehicle because of the reduced width of the roadway. When the pair got out of the car at their destination on Prangley, they were approached by the occupants of the other vehicle. A fight ensued during which the female sustained injuries requiring medical treatment. The investigation is ongoing.
2) Thefts from Vehicles, February 14, 2010, 1025 Columbia Avenue (LT) – Windows were smashed on two vehicles parked in the lot of First Assembly of God Church, 1025 Columbia Avenue. A Lancaster female reported that her purse was taken from her vehicle, loss $373, and a Willow Street female reported that her backpack was gone through and an attempt was made to remove her in-dash stereo, loss $500. Occurred during the late afternoon and evening hours.
3) Theft from Vehicle, February 14, 2010, 1120 Columbia Avenue (LT) – A window was smashed on the vehicle of a Landisville female while it was parked in the lot of Degel Israel Synagogue, 1120 Columbia Avenue, during the evening hours of February 14, 2010. Her in-dash stereo was taken. Loss $350.
