1) Thefts from Vehicles, February 17, 2010, 1319 Millersville Pike (LT) – Windows were smashed on two vehicles parked in the lot of Planet Fitness, 1319 Millersville Pike, sometime between 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. February 17, 2010. A Lancaster male reported that a GPS and cell phone were taken, total loss $1000. A Columbia female reported that a purse was taken from her vehicle. Loss $750.
2) Criminal Mischief, 1043 Baron Drive (LT) – Mill Creek Manor, 1043 Baron Drive, reported that a window on the management office was shot with a projectile sometime overnight February 16-17, 2010.
3) Retail Theft, 4:37 p.m. February 17, 2010, 1256 Millersville Pike (LT) – Radio Shack, 1256 Millersville Pike, reported that a male was observed by store employees cutting open the packaging to a cell phone in an attempt to steal it. The employee intervened and a struggle ensued during which the suspect was able to flee, leaving the phone behind. The suspect is a light skinned black or Hispanic male in his 20’s, wearing a gray sweatshirt and a Yankees hat. Loss $79.
