Indecent Exposures

Indecent Exposures (LT) – The Manheim Township Police Department is investigating two incidents of indecent exposure that occurred along Columbia Avenue in Lancaster Township on March 9, 2010. A 16 year old Lancaster female reported that at 5:00 p.m. March 9, 2010, she was standing along Columbia Avenue at the entrance to Stone Mill Plaza when a black male in a white vehicle pulled up to her and exposed his genitals. He then drove away. Later the same evening, two Lancaster females, ages 10 and 11, flagged down a patrol car. They reported that they had been walking in the 1000 Block of Columbia Avenue at 9:25 p.m. when a white male with blonde hair, wearing a gray hoodie and blue pants, approached them from behind some bushes and exposed his genitals.
