1) Burglary, April 16, 2010, 6000 Block Hampton Court (EP) – A resident of the 6000 Block Hampton Court, East Petersburg, reported that their residence was entered sometime between 1:50 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. April 16, 2010. Cash was taken. Loss $180.
2) Burglary, 900 Block Edgewood Avenue (LT) – Forced entry was made into a residence in the 900 Block of Edgewood Ave, Lancaster Township, sometime over the weekend of April 16-18, 2010. A camera was taken. Loss $308.
3) Burglary, Savo Avenue (MT) – Forced entry was made into a residence on Savo Ave, Manheim Township, sometime between April 15 and 16, 2010. Loss $50.
4) Attempted Burglary, April 16, 2010, 400 Block Biscayne Road (MT) – An unsuccessful attempt was made to force entry into a home in the 400 Block of Biscayne Rd, Manheim Township, sometime during the afternoon of April 16, 2010.
5) Receiving Stolen Property Arrest, 2:37 a.m. April 16, 2010, 1234 Millersville Pike (LT) – A 17 year old Lancaster male was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property in the parking lot of Regal Cinema, 1234 Millersville Pike, Lancaster Township. At 2:37 a.m. April 16, 2010, a Manheim Township officer found the male in a car which had been reported stolen to the Lancaster Police the previous day. The juvenile was committed to the Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center.
6) Theft from Vehicle, April 16, 2010, 1125 Columbia Avenue (LT) – A window was pried open and a purse was taken from a vehicle parked at Wheatland Presbyterian Church, 1125 Columbia Ave, Lancaster Township, sometime between 9:15 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. April 16, 2010. Loss $44.
7) Thefts from Vehicles, April 16, 2010, 541 Airport Road (MT) – Windows on two vehicles were smashed on vehicles parked in the lot of Penn Cinema, 541 Airport Rd, Manheim Township, sometime between 9:45 p.m. 11:30 p.m. April 16, 2010. Purses and a GPS were taken. Loss $1300.
8) Theft from Vehicle, 100 Block East Roseville Road (MT) – A GPS was taken from an unlocked vehicle parked to the rear of a residence in the 100 Block East Roseville Rd, Manheim Township. Occurred overnight April 16-17, 2010. Loss $150.
9) Theft from Vehicle, 1515 Lititz Pike (MT) – A window was smashed on a vehicle parked overnight April 16-17, 2010, in the lot of AC Moore, 1515 Lititz Pike. A GPS was taken. Loss $250.
10) Thefts from Vehicles, April 18, 2010, 601 East Delp Road (MT) – Windows on two vehicles were smashed while they were parked in the lot of St John Neumann Church, 601 East Delp Rd, Manheim Township, between 11:00 a.m. and Noon on April 18, 2010. An Ipod and a wallet were taken. Loss $1000.
11) Disorderly Conduct Arrests, 7:30 p.m. April 17, 2010, 1500 Block Crescent Ave (MT) – Kimberly R. Dean F/45 and Chantay E. Palmer F/49 both of Crescent Ave, Manheim Township, were both cited for Disorderly Conduct following an argument inside their residence.
12) Robbery, 10:45 p.m. April 18, 2010, 1500 Block Eden Road (MT) – A resident of the 1500 Block of Eden Rd, Manheim Township, reported that an acquaintance took his car after a person with the acquaintance displayed a knife and then took the keys.
13) Retail Theft/Assault Arrest, 6:45 p.m. April 16, 2010, 1890 Fruitville Pike (MT) – Alberto Ramos-Vega M/39 and Jose E. Cruz-Rodriguez M/29, both of South Queen St, Lancaster, were arrested at Kmart, 1890 Fruitville Pike, at 6:45 p.m. April 16, 2010. Cruz-Rodriguez left without paying for a camera, valued at $70. Ramos-Vega left without paying for two MP3 players, valued at $118. When an employee attempted to stop Ramos-Vega, he pointed a handgun at the employee and fled into the parking lot. A Manheim Township officer who was entering the lot was alerted to what was occurring and arrested both, who had entered a vehicle in the lot. The gun was retrieved and found to be a BB pistol. Ramos-Vega was charged with Simple Assault, Possessing Instruments of a Crime, Retail Theft, False Identification to Law Enforcement, and Criminal Mischief. He was committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail. Cruz-Rodriguez was charged with Possessing Instruments of a Crime and Retail Theft, and released on unsecured bail.
14) Retail Theft Arrest, 7:30 p.m. April 16, 2010, 1204 Millersville Pike (LT) – Darell Blake M/47 of Old Dorwart St, Lancaster, was cited for retail theft after he left Weis Market, 1204 Millersville Pike, without paying for $17 worth of merchandise.
15) Retail Theft Arrest, 10:18 a.m. April 18, 2010, 1360 Columbia Ave (LT) – Richard L. Hollow Sr M/64 of Judie Lane, Lancaster, was cited for retail theft after he left Giant, 1360 Columbia Ave, Lancaster Township, without paying for $69 worth of steaks.
16) Harassment, 12:12 a.m. April 16, 2010, 2673 Lititz Pike (MT) – Lemiyan E. Naicianui of Knollwood Dr, Manheim Township, was cited for harassment following an altercation with another female in the parking lot of Turkey Hill, 2673 Lititz Pike, Manheim Township, at 12:12 a.m. April 16, 2010.
