1) Retail Theft Charge - A criminal complaint has been filed against Stephen P. Monahas M/34 of Race Ave, Lancaster, for felony Retail Theft. On May 8, 2010, an employee of Kmart, 1890 Fruitville Pike, Manheim Township, observed Monahas conceal $146 worth of DVDs in his pants. The DVDs were recovered when the employee confronted Monahas in the parking lot. Monahas then drove away. The criminal complaint was filed before MDJ David Miller on May 13, 2010, and a warrant now exists for his arrest. His whereabouts are unknown. His photo appears below. 2) Institutional Vandalism, 1210 East King Street (LT) – A rock was thrown through a window of the family history center at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1210 East King St, Lancaster Township, resulting in $400 damage. Occurred overnight May 23-24, 2010.
